Voucher valued up to $800


This voucher can only be used to receive a refund to a maximum of $800 after settlement of a loan application for application and valuation fees applied to that loan. If an application does not settle there will be no refund. The refund offer is restricted to new loan applications submitted through Royal Guardian Mortgage Corporation and dated between 1 July 08 and 31 Aug 08. If the application fees and valuation fees were not charged prior to or at settlement then there is no further refund available.
